I believe that people can change their lives for the better, and my objective as a therapist is to help you meet your personal goals. My background includes the study of the brain and behaviour, with a focus on the effect of sleep loss on emotions. I have experience using psychotherapy and biofeedback to assist people in coping with a variety of difficulties, including recovery from accidents or injuries, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic pain, depression, and insomnia. Life presents many challenges and I am here to help you when you need support.
